No. All prescribing decisions are made solely by the independently licensed provider reviewing your health profile. Not every patient will receive medication. This is by design — it’s what makes the care meaningful.
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time directly through your account dashboard. No phone calls, no hoops. If medication has already been prepared for a given month, that month will not be refunded, but all future charges will stop.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA has not verified the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded medications. They are prepared by licensed pharmacies based on individual patient prescriptions and are not bioequivalent to or interchangeable with commercially available FDA-approved products (such as Ozempic, Mounjaro). Kora MD works exclusively with FDA-registered 503A pharmacies with independent third-party lab testing.
